Who is Ernie?  Well, I'm a regular guy. I wear jeans and converse sneakers. I have two dogs, Sandy and Stella. I'm a Father, Husband and small business owner. I'm a retired Boy Scout Assistant Scoutmaster here in Tampa and love camping and hiking. I Was born in Newark, New Jersey of Cuban Immigrants. Graduated from Kean University with a Management Science Degree Major and a Finance Minor. 

 

Got involved in Real Estate in 1982 helping real estate investors structure mortgage transactions. Got my Mortgage Brokerage License shortly therafter and have helped hundreds of people finance thier homes. In 1994 decided to get my Real Estate Licence and have closed on millions of dollars of real estate sales. I am proud to say that I am on second generation customers, selling homes to sons and daughters of customers I had in the 80's

 

I have to say that I have been involved in just about every type of Real Estate and Mortgage situation you can imagine.

 

I got into this business when the interest rates were 12%. That was crazy!

 

I've closed Bank sales, Short sales, Foreclosures and Investment deals. If I have to say, this is what I feel is my forte. I've been around the block a few times. Theres alot to be said about experience. In my old age, I've found out that it helps me alot.  

 

But what I feel trully separates me from everyone else in this business is my straight forward recomendations. I dont hold back any punches. I don't sugar coat. I tell it like it is, whether you like it or not. I firmly believe people need good old fashion honest advice in order to make intelligent decisions.

 

Even though I've closed Millions of dollars in Real Estate, thats not what I'm about. I'm about family, I'm about helping people acquire something they always dreamed about, I'm about happiness. 

 

Because at the end of the day thats is what selling Real Estate is all about.
